Great Dirty Trick Beats Fat Loss Plateau
I had a training partner that introduced me to beating the plateau effect. He always snuck extra weight on the bar. Example, when I choose to do 200 lbs for 10 reps he would put an extra 10 pounds or so without me knowing. Crazy thing is I would end up doing it just as easy as if it was 200 lbs.
